After earning his degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, Curtis began his career in local government, where he quickly made a name for himself as a knowledgeable and effective leader. With extensive experience as a city manager, most notably in Elko, Curtis has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing Nevada’s communities. Outside of work.
Curtis is an avid historian and backcountry motorcyclist, and loves to explore the rich cultural and natural heritage of Northern Nevada and the Western United States.
